On Tuesday night, July 31st at the Shorebreak Hotel, Shawn Parkin received the 2012 FTFL Grant Award. Shawn was selected from among finalists Ryan Craig, Matt Kurvin, Sarah Lee and Mike Smolowe.

The Audience, filled with many of the Surf Industries heaviest hitters, voted finalist Sarah Lee the Winner of the the Swell Peoples Choice Award,
